Our Origins Story

The Journey

The Bridge Network Jamaica was formed through the collaboration of the Bridge Network Foundation Charity, Maryland, founded in 2019 by Tracey Crooks and Dawkins P.H.A.S.E. 1 Global, a registered charity in St. James, Jamaica, founded in 2022 by Wayne Dawkins. In 2025, their shared mission led to the unification of their work and Dawkins P.H.A.S.E. 1 Global rebranding to The Bridge Network Jamaica.

Both founders, Jamaican-born and raised abroad, returned home with decades of experience serving youth and communities. By combining their resources, networks, and passion, they are building a strong bridge between the Jamaican diaspora and local communities creating pathways of opportunity, hope, and growth for Jamaica’s next generation.
